多米尼加驻沪总领事馆举办科技主题投资交流活动

Within the framework of the Dominican Business and Investment Week, the Consulate General of the Dominican Republic in Shanghai has been advancing a full range of supporting activities. The second-day special session was successfully held on April 21, 2026, with all arrangements centered on the technology sector.

多米尼加共和国驻上海总领事馆正持续推进多米尼加商务与投资周相关系列活动，2026年4月21日，活动第二日专场顺利举办，本次专场聚焦科技领域开展各项议程。

The session was led by the Consul General, Mr. Carlos Mendieta, who delivered a country presentation to the attendees, highlighting the Dominican Republic’s key strengths as a destination for technological investment. During his remarks, he addressed opportunities in areas such as digital transformation.

本次活动由总领事卡洛斯・门迭塔先生主持。他向与会人员介绍了国家情况，重点阐述了多米尼加共和国作为科技投资目的地的核心优势，并在发言中介绍了数字化转型等领域的合作机遇。

The meeting brought together business leaders and representatives from the sector, who exchanged ideas and explored potential avenues for collaboration, reaffirming the mutual interest in promoting high value-added projects.

本次会议汇聚了该领域商界领袖及代表，各方深入交流意见，探讨潜在合作方向，重申了共同推动高附加值项目的共同意愿。

     The Shanghai Additive Manufacturing Industry Innovation Center was invited to participate in this special technology-focused session. During the event, the center exhibited a range of cutting-edge innovative achievements to the Dominican delegation, covering key fields such as oral healthcare, industrial equipment, intelligent service robots, medical consumables and devices, as well as laser welding technology.

上海增材制造制造业创新中心受邀出席本次科技领域专场活动。活动现场，中心向多米尼加代表团集中展示多项前沿创新成果，覆盖口腔医疗、工业装备、智能服务机器人、医用耗材与医疗器械、激光焊接等重点方向。

This exchange fully demonstrates China’s technological strength and development advantages in the scientific and technological sector, further enabling the country’s high-end manufacturing industry to deepen international exchanges and expand global cooperation.
